INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
a. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 03(Three) years.
b. Valid Trade License (FY: 2023-24)
c. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (Tax year-2022-23)
d. Valid Vat & TIN Certificate
e. Up to date ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
f. Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift of minimum value 60.00 lac. Taka in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt. / autonomous organization within last five years (date from 17/12/2023)
g. Certificate of specific work experience obtained from organization other than EED should be authenticated by the Assistant Engineer (Electrical), EED of concerned District.
h. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 47.00 Lakh. Not before 17.12.2023. (Only line of credit will be Accepted in E-GP Standard Prescribed Form)
i. Valid manufacturer's Authorization letter for the proposed lifts.
j. Valid Agencyship certificate for the proposed lifts. |
