INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Tenderers shall have the following eligibility and qualifications:
1. Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract under the Applicable Law.
2. All the legal documents of the tenderer i.e Trade License, TIN, VAT, Registration Certificate for outsourcing manpower supply according to relevant category issued from the Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment must be valid and updated.
3. Tenderers shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
4. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor/Sub Contractor/Management Contractor shall be 07 (Seven) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
5. The required minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consultant Service of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology shall be at least Tk. 11,00,00,000 (Taka Eleven Crore) under maximum 03 (Three) contracts completed over a period of the last Five (5) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
6. The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 5,00,00,000 (Taka Five Crore only) over the best three (3) years of the last five (5) years. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 3,00,00,000 (Taka Three Crore only).
