| Brief Description of Assignment |

The objectives of the service shall be but not limited to as follows:
I. Development of mobile and web-based project information application with admin control panel, user access control and integration with existing ePMS, RSDMS and GIS database of LGED.
II. Application shall have an interactive intuitive dashboard containing necessary graphs, charts, tables to show overview at a glance, and facility to capture geo-tagging photographs and generate customized reports.
III. Registration & search option for citizen to be informed about any on-going project of LGED development project and public feedback management facility.
IV. System shall provide information of on-going development scheme based on user’s GPS location & shall be able to generate GIS map of on-going schemes.
V. Project status update based on location, categories and work progress. |

The EOIs would be reviewed on the basis of the following:
a. Age of the firm (Year of the establishment).
b. Legal establishment of the firm (TIN, VAT registration, trade license, etc.)
c. Availability of key professionals to carry out the assignment (mention academic qualification & length of experience).
d. Organizational capacity of the firm.
e. Financial capacity of the firm (Turnover of last 5 years)
f. Experience of the firm in similar task/assignments in last five years (example of past experience of similar nature and complexity including cost and duration of the assignment)
g. Experience of the firm in other works in last five years (example of past experience including cost and duration) |
