• Develop CRM production system as per relevant ISO standards.
• Develop Proficiency Testing/Inter Laboratory Comparison (PT/ILC) providing system as per relevant ISO standards.
• Preparation of Quality Manual for calibration lab, PT/ILC lab and CRM lab as per relevant ISO Standards.
• Formulation of DRiCM Act, related policies, administrative guideline/ regulation , agreement relating to Chemical Metrology Institute (Draft).
• Need assessment for specific training for capacity building in Chemical Metrology such as calibration, PT/ILC, CRM and allied subject.
• Develop awareness building program for business promotion in MiC |

• General experiences of the firm;
• Qualifications and experience of the Expert on Administration having knowledge in drafting relevant laws, act, policy of the consultant's team;
• Qualifications and experience of the CRM Specialist of the consultant's team.
• Qualifications and experience of the Quality Management system as per ISO Standard & Accreditation Specialist of the consultant's team.
• Qualifications and experience of PT/ILC Specialist of the consultant's team.
• Qualifications and experience of Business promotion expert of the team.
• The Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should mention whether the association is in the form of a "Joint-Venture" or of "Sub Consultancy". In case of an association, the total number of firms including the associates shall be limited to a maximum of three. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
• Should have up-to-date trade license, VAT Registration Certificate, Income Tax Certificate, Bank solvency certificate from schedule Bank of Bangladesh.
