| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The firm will conduct Impact Evaluation depending on the approved TOR. The objective of this assignment is to conduct Impact Evaluation of the project “Strengthening Government through Capacity Development of the BCS Cadre Officials Project (3rd Revised)” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, how far changes created in strengthening Government through capacity building of Bangladesh Civil Service and subsequent service delivery system to the citizens of Bangladesh. The consulting firm has to identify the shortcomings of the project and recommend accordingly adopting similar project in more efficient way and implementing for better outcome in future. |

(a) At least 1 (one) year experience in conducting research or relevant studies.
(b) At least 1(one) year experience in conducting impact evaluation. |
