| Brief Description of Assignment |

The firm will conduct impact evaluation of the Completed Project depending on approved ToR. The objective of this assignment to conduct impact evaluation of the project “Renovation and Modernization of 22 Labour Welfare Centers and 3 Industrial Relations Institutes (1st Revised)” in all aspects in collaboration with project personnel, concern division, agencies and all potential stakeholders. The findings of the proposed study will show the effectiveness of the project, how far changes created and how the livelihood of beneficiaries as well as in the society is benefitted due to the project. The consulting firm will also identify the limitations, challenges or shortfall of the Project. Based on the finding, the recommendations made by the consulting firm would be a guideline to direct the OP on right track and help to implement similar project in future. |

The firm should have at least 01(one) year experience in conducting impact evaluation study for IMED. |
