| Brief Description of Assignment |

The required services include, but not limited to:
Review the existing Feasibility Studies:
• Review of existing feasibility reports and master plans including field visit for water supply, Sanitation, drainage, solid waste and faecal sludge management in 32 Pourashavas to assess the viability of investments in terms of technical, financial and social aspect.
Detail Engineering Design:
• Prepare detailed engineering design, drawings, specification, and schedule of rates, technical, financial requirements for capital and operating costs for Water supply, Sanitation, drainage, solid waste and faecal sludge management components in 32 Pourashavas.
• Details engineering include, but not limited to, Water Treatment Plant (Ground & Surface), Impounding Reservoir, Regulator, Intake structure, Production Tube Well, Pipe line Network, Solid waste and Faecal Sludge Treatment Plant, Public Community Toilet and drainage system.
Documentation:
• Prepare detailed service improvement plan/manuals for O&M for 32 Pourashavas.
• Prepare Inception, Monthly, Quarterly, Project completion report etc.
Preparation of Bid Documents:
• Prepare bid documents for each contract package.
Construction Supervision:
• Provide technical supervision for quality control in the construction of all civil works and recommendation for payment (if applicable).
• Supervise & monitor relevant activities implemented in field.

The EOIs will be evaluated on the basis of the following to prepare a shortlist and Interested Firm (Local Consultant Firms) must provide the following information:
1) Background of the firm with brochure(s),
2) General experiences of the firm in last 5 years(s).
3) Summary of similar projects /services completed in last 5 years including total professional man month and contract value.
4) Average Annual Turn Over(Audited) of the firm(s) during the last 5 years;
5) Availability of appropriate skills/experts among staffs, Logistics supports..
6) Trade License, VAT & updated IT Certificates.
7) Joint Venture Agreement (If applicable).

Interested firm(s) will be required to submit the EOI in closed format mentioning the name and address of the applicant, EOI no. & date and be addressed to the EOI isssuing Authority in 6 (Six) copies; 01(one) marked as “ORIGINAL” and other 5(Five) as “COPY” in separate envelope in the form of book binding, both the “ORIGINAL”and “COPY” shall have to cover within a single envelope to the address below before the EOI closing date & time. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject at any stage any or all EOI’s without assigning any reason. |
