| Brief Description of Assignment |

Dietary transfat intake and its sources in Bangladeshi population will be conducted with the following objectives:
(1) To enumerate common food items consumed by Bangladeshi population
(2)To measure the transfat contained in collected different food items commonly consumed by Bangladeshi population, (3) To estimate the dietary transfat intake by 24-hr recall food frequency questionnaire among Bangladeshi population, (4) To estimate the serum transfat level in a subset of study participants among Bangladeshi population, (5) To identify the eating behavior of the sample population by eating behavior questionnaire, (6) To find out the sociodemographic characteristics of the respondents, (7) To find out other noncommunicable disease risk factors among sample population

The applicant shall have to submit the EOI with the following documents: (1) Category of the firm: Research/Survey organization/Consulting firm; (2) Brief description of the firm with proof of working in the relevant areas and of conducting Research/survey; (3) Valid Trade license/Registration; (4) Updated Income Tax certificate/Certificate of VAT; (5) Ten (10) years experience in the relevant survey/research; (6) List of major clients working with in last Ten (10) years with contact reference; (7) Bank solvency certificate; (8) Name of the central key personnel with C.V. who will be involved with the assignment; (9) Relevant documents in favor of organizational strength of the firm. |
