| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consulting services (“the Services”) include development of appropriate training programs for the target user groups and providing training of e-GP users as mentioned below:
(a) Procuring Entity (PE) Users Training
(b) Organization Admin Training
(c) Registered Tenderers Training
(d) Registered Bank Officials Training |

The Central Procurement Technical Unit (CPTU), Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED), Ministry of Planning, Dhaka, Bangladesh now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:
(a) The Consultant must demonstrate experience of at least seven years of general experience in providing IT based training.
(b) The Consultant will have specific experience of at least three years in similar assignments of conducting training of related stakeholders (officials, bidders, etc.) on public procurement management through electronic system of any country. Similar assignment means nature, volume and financial capability.
(c) The Consultant will have experience in conducting public procurement management training through electronic system in multiple location of the country.
(d) The Consultant will demonstrate availability of adequate technical and managerial staff to carry out the assignment |

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraph 3.14, 3.16 and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 (‘Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
The Assignment should be completed within 42 months that is up to 30 June 2022.
