Required Educational Qualification:
Consultant-Accounts & Financial Management:
• Post- Graduation (Masters) in Accounting, Finance, MBA or Post Graduation (Masters) with Accounting Credibility.
• Partly completed professional accounting qualification CA, CMA, ACCA etc. is a plus point.
Junior Consultant-Accounts:
• At least a Bachelor’s (Graduation) in Accounting, Finance, BBA or graduation with accounting credibility.
Junior Procurement Specialist:
• At least Graduate in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Law, Business Administration.
• Candidates having professional qualification in procurement (Like CIPS Diploma) will be given preference.

Experience and Skills Required:
Consultant-Accounts & Financial Management:
• Trained on Financial Management/Accounting software application;
• Have hands-on experience in Microsoft or similar computerized Accounting;
• Minimum 4 years in project accounting and financial management or similar responsibilities, preferably with IDA/ Donor project;
• Proven track record to develop a Chart of Accounts befitting the relevant computerized accounting system and the report;
• Strong interpersonal communicative skills, experience in team leadership and participatory management;
• Knowledge and experience on forensic auditing is preferable;
• Ability to impart training to the project staff on accounting system;
• Demonstrated capacity to work in foreign aided projects in a team environment;
• In depth knowledge of technical and legal aspects of financial management in development projects, financed by government and the World Bank is preferred;
• Proficiency in computer operation with experience of working independently; and
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Junior Consultant-Accounts:
• Minimum 03 years of job experience of which at least 2 years as Accountant or similar position, preferably with IDA/ Donor funded project;
• Trained on Financial Management/Accounting software application;
• Good interpersonal communicative skills, experience in team leadership and participatory management;
• Ability to impart training to the field level staff on accounting system;
• Proficient in computer operation with experience of working independently; and
• Must possess good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Junior Procurement Specialist:
• At least three (3) years’ work experience in the field of procurement; supply chain area.
• Training on Public Procurement, e-GP will be considered as an added advantage.
