INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |

The overall objective of the services shall cover but not limited to the following scope.
i. Completion of Survey works, Sub-soil Investigation, After approval of the plans of detail works from Client, Preparation of Architectural Design and Drawings, 3-D Architectural views, Elevation with Detailed Working Drawings.
ii. Preparation of all types of Civil works & working drawings with Detail Electrical and Plumbing Design, ITC. Air-conditioning, Telephone and other utility drawings related to the construction of the Buildings.
iii. Preparation of Estimation and schedule & Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Tender Documents etc.
iv. Necessary Revisions shall be made as per the direction of Procuring Entity/Project Director.
v. Submission of monthly progress report with Gantt chart using MS Project Software.
vi. Submission of all reports, bid documents and drawings in Printed form at least SIX (06) set along with soft copy.

This is a project of utmost importance to develop Pabna University of Science and Technology to an international Standard in all respects. Bidder must have adequate resources and ability to carry out the jobs satisfactory. The following criteria are considered for minimum eligibility:
1. Interested consultants are invited to provided information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochure, description of similar assignment, experience in similar operating conditions, availability of appropriate professional qualification and experiences among staffs etc.)
2. Minimum 10 (Ten) years’ experience in the business as a registered company/entity in Bangladesh
3. Register entity with Register of joint stock and companies (RJSC) in Bangladesh. Must submit current Trade License, Income Tax and VAT certificate.
4. Needs to have full time experienced human resources in Design (Computer aided software based is preferred) drawing and other related works in connection to high-rise buildings following BNBC code. A complete list is to be submitted with necessary CV. (Company/Firms must have IEB registered Engineers and IAB registered Architects.
5. A complete list of accomplished works during 05 (five) years is to be submitted along with details contact address of the project. A short list of consultants shall be prepared upon evaluation of EOI’s of the eligible applicants and “Request for Proposal” document will be issued in their favor. A consultant will be selected using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method
6. Any other points as deemed necessary by PE/PD

Special Instruction: The proposal in two set (1 Original + Duplicate) shall be submitted in sealed envelope. |
