| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Consultant shall render architectural and engineering services to undertake Digital Topographical Survey of enter campus, prepare site plan (master plan) on the basis of Digital Topographical Survey report of the enter campus. Sub-Soil Investigation, preparation of Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, Sanitary & Plumbing Design, Telecommunication System, Fire Fighting Systems, Water supply & Drainage Systems, related all types of design; supervision and project management etc. for the following components for Lot 01, Lot 02, Lot 03 & Lot 04.
Lot -01 : (1) Feasibility Study, Financial Analysis, EIA & IEE Report (2) Preparation of Digital topographical Survey & Master Plan with 3D Animation (3) Compensation for Existing Structure (4) Land Development, (5) Boundary wall with retaining wall. (6) Installation of Deep Tube well, Under Ground reservoir, Pump House and water distribution line etc., (7) Master Drain, Cannel, Retaining Wall, Guide wall & Protection Block (8) Excavation of internal lake, (9) Construction of RCC internal Road (10) Excavation of Ring Road, (11) Construction of RCC Road for Flood Protection (12) Construction of RCC Bridge etc.
Lot – 02 : (1) Construction of 4 Storied Administrative Building, (2) Construction of Admin & Academic Building, (3) Construction of 2 Storied Cafeteria Building (4) Construction of 3 Storied Central Library Building, (5) Construction of 4 Storied Medical & Daycare Center Building, (6) Construction of 2 Storied Teachers Student Center Building, (7) Construction of 5 Storied Staff School & College Building, (8) Construction of Single Storied Mini Stadium with sports club, meditation & Yuga Hall Building, (9) CCTV System, (10) Installation of Solar Energy System (11) Acquisition of Asset (Lab Equipment, Office Equipment, Motor Vehicles, WIFI Router, Library Books) etc

• Consulting Firm should be registered as Limited Company.
• Background of the firm(s)
• At least 20 (twenty) years of working experiences as Consulting Firm related to Design, Supervision and Project management of Construction works ;
• Consultant should have experience in survey, Master Plan (3D Animation) not less ten 100 acers of lands (only for Lot-1), design, Supervision and project management of minimum 10 Storied Building during last 5 years under any Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Organization (only for Lot-2, 3 & 4).
• List and details of experience of the firm in similar task under Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous Organization with at least one work having total project cost Tk. 80000.00 Lac in single work completion certificate.
• List and details of overall experience for the firm.
• Availability of appropriate skills/ experts among staff demonstrated capacity to handle such assignment in terms of resources. Submission of Short CV’s.
• Audited Financial Reports of the proposers for the last five years
• Availability of other resources – logistical and support services of the firm.
• Updated Trade license, VAT & IT certificates
• Any firm convicted by the court or black listed in home and abroad is not eligible for application;
