Minimum Qualification:B.Sc Engineering (Civil) with Master’s degree in Transportation/ Highway/ Structural/ Pavement/ Geotechnical Engineering. Contract/ Construction Management degree will be given preference.
Financial Management Specialist:

Proposed Post, Number & Tentative Duration:Financial Management Specialist (1 person) (48 months)
Minimum Qualification:Professional Accounting qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA, CMA, CIMA or equivalent

Proposed Post, Number & Tentative Duration:Web Developer(2 persons)(48 months per person)
Minimum Qualification:B.Sc in Computer Science/ Computer Science and Engineering/Information Technology from any reputed university accredited by university grants commission or equivalent body.

Program Team Leader:
Experience:Minimum 25 (twenty five) years’ of general experience out of which 20 (twenty) years of experience in planning, project management and implementation of rural infrastructure construction and maintenance works.
•At least 5 (five) years’ experience as a TL/PM. Experience of bridge construction and maintenance project will be given preference
Financial Management Specialist:
Experience:10 (Ten) years’ experience in financial management out of which preferably three years in a management position in any government / semi government/ multinational organizations/ donor funded development program.
Web Developer:
Minimum of 7 (seven) years of relevant working experience including web application development, database management and system requirements analyzing & designing out of which 5 (five) years of experience dealing with progressively large-scale ICT projects will be given preference.
