| Brief Description of Assignment |

The Consulting Firm is required to identify, assess, and prioritize high value crops (HVCs) within each upazila, carry out a Value Chain Analysis and Market Assessment of those high value agricultural commodities and labour markets in Bangladesh to provide evidence-based information for implementing the project. The successful bidder/contractor will develop research methods, research and analyse required data, and provide these VC baseline for the start-up of the Smallholder Agricultural Competitiveness Project (SACP) in the Ministry of Agriculture. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
? The firm should have legally registered and have 5 years experience in research on high value agricultural crops, market assessment and value chains analysis of agricultural commodities, survey, data collection, monitoring & evaluation, feasibility study of development project.
? Consulting firm should have adequate experience, manpower & logistics to conduct the assessment work and produce a comprehensive report.
? Interested firm should have provide following information (a) Details of organization and key staffs including educational qualification and experience (b) List of similar assignment conducted in the last 10 years.
? List of reference (Clients) with address.
? Valid and up-to-date trade licence, VAT registration, TIN certificate, Income Tax certificate, Bank solvency (up to date), audit report, and any other related qualifying information (If any, like Brochure and others).
