| Brief Description of Assignment |

The objective of the services is to prepare a plan after appraising the client's needs on the basis of approved design and previous works done under PEDP-3 in 1St phase, prepare and present models showing present and future options; prepare architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, sub-station and other necessary designs; production of working drawings, preparation of estimate, Bill of Quantity (BOQ), supervision and quality control, and submission of reports in due time to complete the DPE HQ expansion including construction of mosque, vertical extension of DPE central warehouse at Mirpur, Dhaka and Leadership Training Centre at Cox's Bazar |

• Documentary Evidence for Establishment of Firms (Minimum 10 years);
• Must have office/Offices at Dhaka and management set up for the service required.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 assignments have been completed where 12 or more storied office buildings with 20 storied foundation including 2 basement & minimum floor area 10000sft per floor were done in govt. or semi-govt. organization during last 10 years (Evidence must be given by competent authority).
• The applicant is also required to submit completion certificate/evidence for similar assignment carried out in recent past as an evidence of its capability in completing works of similar nature successfully.
• Registered as an engineering consulting firm with concerned authority. |
