| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Under this consultancy services for 4 nos. bridges (Length of each bridge more than 100m and among these, length of 1 bridge over Teesta river may be 950m) following assignments shall have to be conducted:
(i) Conducting Techno-economic Feasibility Study (ii) Hydro- morphological Study (iii) Environmental Impact Assessment (iv) Conducting digital topographical survey, sub-soil investigation and preparation of Structural Design with cost estimate and BoQ (v) Detailed land acquisition and re-settlement plan

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The Consulting Firm shall have a general experience of at least 5 (five) years and practical experience with proven assignment record in conducting at least 4 nos. of similar assignment (similar assignment means conducting Techno-economic Feasibility Study, Hydro- morphological Study, EIA, Structural Design and cost estimate of large bridge. Among these, the structural design performed by consultant, the length of that 01 bridge must be at least 750m). The EoI shall be evaluated on the basis of the following documents:
1. Legal documents of the firm (Registration of Firm, TIN, VATs etc.).
2. Age of firm (years in relevant business).
3. Availability of key professionals for conducting similar types of assignments.
4. Financial resources of the consultant (Turnover of last five years)
5. Experience of the firm in similar task/assignments (example of past experience of similar nature and for complexity including cost and duration of the assignment)
6. Experience of the firm in other works (example of past experience of other nature of task including cost and duration of the assignment)
7. Support Services of the firm (office space, support staff, equipment).
8. Financial Statement supported by audit report for the last 3 (three) years.
