The interested applicants (Advertising/Media/Consulting firm) shall have to submit the following documents with their application/ proposal :
1. Category of the firm
2. Brochure/Brief description of the firm
3. Trade License valid up to FY 2018-2019
4. Tax Payment Certificate for the FY 2018-2019
5. Vat Registration Certificate
6. Bank Solvency Certificate with minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities of Tk. 60.00 lac.
7. At least 03 (three) successful completion certificate (s) in relevant activities of the assignment.
8. At least 2 (two) years specific experience relevant to the assignment.
9. List of major clients and their contract reference including the required experience
10. Copies of audited financial statements for the last 03 (three) fiscal years prepared by external auditor(s).
11. Relevant documents in favor of logistics and organizational strength.
12. Name & CV of all professional staff & Key professional staff with detail qualification and experience, who will be involved with the assignment (duly signed by the respected person and authority). |
