| Brief Description of Assignment |

To act as authorized attorney/lawyer for carrying out Arbitration for Construction of RHD Headquarters Building at Tejgaon, Dhaka, Contract Package No. SASEC-RCP/ICB/W-03 under SIAC rules and to execute and provide legal assistance to RHD for following:
1. Review of relevant Contract, documents, etc.
2. For initial perusal of file of papers and documents in connection with the above Arbitration.
3. For presence in each meeting with RHD and it's consultants in connection with the above Arbitration and suggesting the legal opinion:
4. For preparation of Statement of Claim
5. For preparation of Reply to the Statement of Defense of the Contractor:
6. For preparation of any application for RHD and for preparation of any reply to any application of the Contractor to submit before the Tribunal:
7. For appearance before the Tribunal
8. Any other matter/s not covered by this schedule but essentially required for this assignment. |
