| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
(1) Senior IT Consultant: Responsible for design, development and implementation of one stop shop portal for SOEs and SOE related module of iBAS++, relevant interfaces with other GoB systems, update existing database system and other software modules required for establishment of a Management Information System for SOEs. | (2) Consultant- Office Management: Provide administrative support for the scheme’s operations relating to general administration, logistics and personnel management and coordination with the Program Office. | (3) IT Consultant (Programmer): Responsible for development of Front end (dotnet) and back end (Oracle) programming and implementation of SOE related module in iBAS++, relevant interfaces with other GoB systems, update existing database system and other software modules required for establishment of a Management Information System for SOEs. | (4) Junior Consultant- Executive: Responsible for word and data processing. Provide administrative support for the scheme’s operations by maintaining office systems, accounting records and process invoices. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

(1) Senior IT Consultant | Minimum Qualification- Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or CSE/CIS/CS/EEE | Minimum Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience in IT field. Experience in developing and implementing IT systems for government organization, will be preferred. | (2) Consultant- Office Management | Minimum Qualification- Graduation in any discipline | Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 years’ job experience, at least three years’ experience in managerial job. | (3) IT Consultant (Programmer) | Minimum Qualification- Graduation in any discipline, preferably in Engineering or CSE/CIS/CS/EEE | Minimum Experience: Minimum 10 years’ experience in software development, experience with government financial management system will be given preference. | (4) Junior Consultant- Executive | Minimum Qualification- Graduation in any discipline | Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years of Job experience. |
