| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The main objective of the project covers creation of 2D animated episodes on the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Muijbur Rahman alongside promoting the contents on most popular social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Google, Twitter, Instagram). Effective use of this social media platforms will generate meaningful impact. The animated episodes will portray different life stages of Bangabandhu and his struggle on the way of independence.
The Consulting firm will be responsible for deploying a skillful team of professionals and develop digital content, promotional strategy and spread to mass people on social media.
Within Mujib years, The consulting firm shall take responsibility for the creation and promotion of the animated contents in social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Google, Twitter, Instagram) using a newly created page in the Name of “Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman” & share these animated contents as a form of episodes in a regular interval. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

The firms must prove that they have solid technical background and operational vigor to undertake and move this work forward without any obstructions. The firms must additionally have adequate technical competency, human resources, and indispensable equipment. As such, following are defined as minimum eligibility criteria:
1. The consulting firm must have minimum Two (02) years of overall experience about Multimedia Content Development & Online Promotion;
2. The firm must have sufficient fulltime professionals such as Team Leader, Project Manager, Art Director/Creative Manager, Social Media Strategist/Analyst, Documentation Specialist, Content Developers, Animator, Graphic Designer, Motion Graphics and Video Editor having experiences in developing high quality digital media content.
3. Technical resources and facilities available with regarding digital media contents management service;
4. The consulting firm must have Video Production experience.
5. Experience on Managing Social Media Page having at least 2 (Two) Million Fan base.
6. The firm should provide proof of having an In-House Digital Studio to engender video content & CGI/ Animation.
7. Minimum 02 (Two) years of Experience in Social Media Platforms;
8. The firm must have sufficient amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) supported by appropriate documents;
9. The firm must have update-audit-report of previous Two (02) years & yearly turnover report/documents;
10. The firm should have valid up to date Trade license, Tax payment certificate, TIN and VAT registration no.
11. All the relevant experience certificate/documents shall provide with the EOI.
12. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008; However; all the firms of JVCA must be Bangladeshi.
13. After EOI evaluation only short- listed firm will get RFP |
