Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The final impact assessment is a robust and comprehensive mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) analysis of the impact of the entire project. This study will gather information on both the outcome and impact of the project on direct project beneficiaries and assess spillover effects to measure benefit received by neighboring hourseholds from project interventions.
A baseline survey of the project provided baseline data for the project. The completion and impacts study is designed to capture the end line values of the project’s key indicators, capture a few additional measures, and assess project effect. The main objective of the study is to assess the overall impact and outcome of the project to see the impact in the wider effects of the program – social, economic, technical and environment, communities and institutions on the direct and indirect beneficiaries (spillover effects)

Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• Registration of the firm.
• Age of firm (years in relevant business).
• Total number of permanent staff in pay- roll (i.e. in tabular form) with their qualification
• Financial resources of the consultant (turnover of last 3 FYs supported by Audit Financial reports)
• Experience of the firm in similar tasks/assignments (example if past experience/similar nature and/or complexity including cost and duration of the assignment).
• Experience of the firm in other works (example of others experience including cost and duration of the assignment).
• Support Services of the firm (office space, support staff, equipment, IT equipment, etc);
• The firm should have experience in working with donor funded projects (WB,ADB &UN financed project would be desirable);
• Working experience in Haor/Char land/Costal areas and evidence of undertaking similar assignments and production of quality results will be an advantage.

The project if necessary may perform field verification regarding the correctness of the information and other statements/documents provided by the consulting firm in the EOI and if found incorrect or verified, the concerned EOI will be rejected at any stage of the short listing process or even beyond that. The consulting firm submitting the EOI shall produce necessary documents upon demand by the project.
The Undersigned will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred in connection with the preparation or delivery of the EOI and visit to any office or site whatsoever.
A firm may enhance its capability/capacity with the other firms in the form of JVCA following PPR-2008
Rules 54.

The Procuring Entity (PE) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOIs without assigning any reason whatsoever.
