INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
• Technical support to PMU in executing the tasks related to the processing implementation, review, management, monitoring, and evaluation of Skills Development Plans (SDP) proposals for formal short-term training providers who will receive Performance-based Per-Trainee Grants (PTG) under the project.
• Support to organize the awareness, promote market demanded short courses and SDP in participating institutions and prepare/adopt such awareness, communication and promotional materials;
• Any other skills training related tasks to be assigned by the project management.

| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
• At least B. Sc. in Engineering or a Master’s degree with honors in a Socio-economic Development aspect, from a recognized higher education institution of the country or abroad;
• At least 15 years’ experience of teaching in a university or a tertiary education, or in Civil Service having training experience, or in diploma offering institutions, or short-term training providers, including 3 years experiences in the development projects/programs;
• Conversant with organizational and operational aspects of TVET system in Bangladesh.
