INFORMATION FOR APPLICANT

| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The consulting services (“the Services”) include but not limited to:
a) Changing the behavior of the MEs towards environmentally sustainable practices using behavioral science based tools like appropriate Nudging;
b) Documenting and promoting the project progress and achievements in available digital, audiovisual, print media by producing various communication products like social and behavioral change communication (SBCC) materials and video content;
c) Developing a comprehensive social media outreach plan through selecting appropriate media to reach various targeted stakeholders;
The assignment will require an estimated of 70 professional staff-months and also non-key experts’ input as per the requirement of the Terms of Reference (TOR). The assignment is scheduled to be completed within a period of six (06) months, and expected to be started in April 2023. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |
: |
i. The consortium/consultancy firm should have at least 08 years of experience in behavioral change communication, awareness campaign, film production, media activation, and/or related activities.
ii. The consultancy firm should have completed at least 1 related assignments (behavioral change communication/awareness campaign/ media activation) in last 5 years of experience.
iii. The firm or the consortium members should have proven experience in designing and implementing self-reflexive dialogue manuals for behavioral change initiatives.
iv. Experience in working with the World Bank/IFAD/EU/UN agencies or any other donor funded project/program in similar assignments will be added advantage.
v. Have the possession of necessary logistics (like micro-bus, shooting equipment, editing panel, sound studio etc.) and manpower.
vi. The firm must have sound financial health to carry out such assignment.
vii. Availability of appropriate professional skill among the staff (a good combination of experienced journalists, media professionals of communication, film and multimedia) |

The shortlisting criteria are: General experience, Experience in similar assignments (Behavioral change communication through designing and implementing self-reflexive dialogue manuals, Awareness campaign, Media activation, Film production), Experience of similar assignments under development partner funded projects, and Financial Capability.
