| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
Carry out an audit and research of previous and current Her Power Projects to identify any gaps in scoping and delivery of the training manuals and mentorship guidelines and propose a roadmap for Training Curriculums & Manuals in future. Conducting workshops and consultation meetings with the relevant stakeholders on the policies, strategies and approaches for content selection and curriculum development.

1. Must have a valid Trade License of at least 5(Five) years.
2. Must be registered with RJSC (Only Applicable for Joint Stock Company & Firm).
3. The Firm must have (02) two similar national/international related (providing training/training material) services experience within the last 5(five) years. Among the two related services, at least 01 (one) service should be completed in Government agencies and one contract value should be at least 1,50,00,000.00(One Crore Fifty Lac).
4. Audit report of the previous 3 (three) years.
5. The yearly average turnover of the firm shall be at least BDT 2 crore for the best three years out of the last five years.
6. The minimum amount of Liquid assets/working capital/credit line of the firm shall be Tk. 1,50,00,000 (One crore seventy-five Lac), Certificate or proof of an available liquid asset or fund availability, must be issued 03 (Three) months from the date of tender submission by the concerned authority.
7. The firm/firms must submit a team structure with a list of their Name, Designation, Mobile no., Email, Joining date, Project experience and role, Academic background and Expertise.
8. Documents demonstrating the management and operational capacity of the firm / joint venture (Brochures, Company Profile and other documents describing company expertise, strength and experience, core functions, products and services, similar assignments or project experience, availability of relevant professional staff and experience among applicant’s staff/resources to carry out this assignment.)
9. The firms may associate to enhance their qualification in the form of a ‘Joint-Venture’ (JV). All members of such an association will be individually liable for pre-determined real and well-defined inputs to the assignment. The maximum no. of members in the association is not more than 02 (Two). Firms /JV will be selected in accordance with the procedure set out in Public Procurement Act 2006 and Public Procurement Rules 2008; |
