Brief Description of Assignment |

The assignment is to provide following Operational Support, Management, Training and Maintenance:
Controller of Examination Module: Exams management, Tabulation management, result processing, bill collection and generation, grading, degree/record verification, evaluation, certificate issue and verification(and Customize)
Academic Module : Admission management, curriculum management, course enrollment and management, student fees management, routine management, registrar office, User management, Student management, (or Student and Teacher portal) (and Customize)
Accounting and Finance Module: Budget Management (code wise), Financial Payment and Receipt from different entities and stakeholders, payables and receivables of student, teachers employees, and other stake holders, Procurement, etc. (and Customize)
HR and System Admin Module: Recruitment to retirement process management, Employee attendance and leave management, payroll, training and evaluation, Store and backup all module data, Employee History update, HR setup, Credential management.
Post Graduate study/study leave and research collaboration module: Enrollment process, supervisor and co-supervisor assign system, study leave management, research collaboration, etc.
Inventory Management System, Training, support and maintenance plan, Server, Server Racks, Online UPS, and others installation (Air-Conditioner, Computer setup, KVM and network Switch, support etc.)

Eligibility/Qualification/Experience Criteria:
Tenderers shall possess the minimum requirements to perform the contract, which entails setting pass/fail criteria, which if not met by the Tenderers, will result in consideration of its Tender as non-responsive.
1. Required software as service / software services on a long term basis:
2. The Tenderer / Bidder shall have a minimum 08 (eight) years of general experience in relevant field with 10 universities of which at least 5 public universities and should include special academic and administrative modules.
3. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods in 10 Bangladeshi Universities of which at least 05 public universities successfully completed within in the last 04 (Four) years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of this tender.
4. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (Single) contracts completed within the last 03 (Three) years with a total value of at least Tk. 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lacs).
5. Integrated IMS including Back Office, large user handling capacity.
6. Bank Solvency Certificate.
7. BASIS membership of bidding identity.

The Tenderer shall have to submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. General Experience Certificate (The bidder should have successfully executed at least 5 projects (Automation) of similar nature in minimum 5 Reputed (Public) Universities within the country.
2. Specific Work Experience Certificate (5 Reputed Public Universities (Automation) within the country.
3. Trade Licenses (up to date)
4. VAT Registration Certificate
5. Income TAX/TIN Certificate (up to date)
6. Bank Solvency Certificate/Liquid Assets Document
7. National Identification Number (NID) Attested Photocopy
8. The bidder should have a high domain experience (show in where applicable) with focus on these solutions.
9.The tenderer must have sufficient personnel capacity (at least 10 full time working engineers) for the execution of the service and development. The Tenderer must be given sufficient personnel bio-graph (at least 10 full time working engineers) for the execution of the service and development.
10. Documentary proof for everything is essential without which the proposal will be rejected. The documents submitted as proof should be self-attested.
11. Should have all types of solutions as a one stop service.
12. The proposed system should have the ability and functionality for future extension with the out-come based evaluation (OBE)
13. The proposed system should have the ability for future extension learning management system (LMS).
14. The proposed system should have the ability for future expansion with Administrative modules.
15. Submit a Proposed solution for Technical specification and methodologies for automation.
16. Membership of Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS).
Tenderer shall have to submit Supply record with contract address details (e-mail address, mobile no, contract person's name etc.) and all completion certificate (if any) included with respective organizational contract number & mobile number.
The proposal in two set (1 Original + Duplicate) shall be submitted in sealed envelope.
