| Brief Description of Assignment |

• Analysis and Assessment of Existing Land Development Tax Management System to prepare the precise SRS and System Design for Land Development Tax Management System.
• Providing appropriate software development and support plans for Land Development Tax Management System.
• Integration facility with all Mobile Finance Services(MFS) & Payment Gateways as per requirement.
• Land Development Tax Payment Collection Process Automation.
• Maintaining Standard Development Architecture to integrate with LSG for all Internal & External Services as required.
• System Development and Integration with solution platform through responsive Web Applications & Apps.
• Migration and Segregation of existing data from the current system into a Normalized usable format which will be maintained in the Relational Database Management System (RDBMS).
• Capacity Development and Training for End-user and operational user to run the software smoothly.
• Provide 24x7 Support & Maintenance for the developed Land Development Tax Management System as per SLA.

The Software Developing Firm will demonstrate experience of at least Seven (07) years in similar services like Developing, Testing, Integration of IT Automation Systems and other services as specified in ToR. |

1. Name and background of the firm with general and similar experiences including firm`s brochure;
2. In case of intention of forming association in the form of JV or sub consultancy, the name of them with relevant experience in specific assignment;
3. List of relevant professional staff/expert with their qualification and experiences with the firm to demonstrate adequacy of the firm to carry out their assignment.
4. Summary on experience of the firm in similar service completed during last Seven (07) years, client name, contract value, duration and details of the task.
5. Submission of the copies of all legal documents that the firms hold to carry out his business including VAT/IT registration certificate, professional enrolment etc;
6. The Consultant will submit the financial statement of audit reports of last 3 (three) financial years (2018-19, 2019-20, 2020-21) to demonstrate the financial capacity.
