INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Tenderers having five (5) years overall business experience and minimum specific experience as Supplier or Joint Venture Partner in supply and implementation of at least one PAM solution completed over a period of five (5) years with a value of at least of Taka Two Crore (BDT 2,00,00,000.00) shall be required. The Tenderer may participate in the procurement proceedings forming a joint venture by an agreement, executed case by case on a non judicial stamp of BDT 300/- with the intent to enter into such an agreement supported by a letter of intent along with proposed agreement duly signed by all partners of the intended JV and authenticated by a Notary Public. Evidence of Work Order, Work Completion Certificate mentioning amount, item list, date etc. are required. |
