• The maximum 2 (two) number of arbitrations against the Tenderer over a period of the last five (5) years.
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 7 (Seven) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
• The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, each with a value of at least 1,10,000 (One Lac Ten thousand) USD.
• The minimum supply of license for 2D Seismic Data Planning, Design & QC and Field Processing software are 04 licenses with necessary Hardware per year.
• Except all countries which does not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
• Local Tenderers are not eligible for this tender.
