Eligibility and Qualifications requirements: Manufacturer or supplier having the following qualifications:
(i) The Bidder (in case of JV, each partner) should have at least three (3) years of general experience in supplying electrical goods and related services. The manufacturer should have at least three (3) years of relevant manufacturing experience.
(ii) The Bidder shall at-least have experience of supplying similar goods having value mentioned below in not more than two contracts, within the last five (5) years:
(a) (i) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-UG-G-10; Lot-1: USD 2,100,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(ii) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-UG-G-10; Lot-2: USD 3,800,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(b) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-CG-G-11; Lot-1; USD 1,450,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(c) (i) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-Co-G-13; Lot-1: USD 500,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(ii) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-Co-G-13; Lot-2: USD 675,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(iii) Bidder shall have at least the Average Annual Turnover mentioned below over a period of best two yearswithin last five years.
(a) (i)For Lot No.MCEP/BREB/DMD-UG-G-10; Lot-1: at least USD 3,500,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(ii) For Lot No.MCEP/BREB/DMD-UG-G-10; Lot-2: at least USD 6,000,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies)
(b) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-CG-G-11; Lot-1; at least USD 2,300,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(c) (i) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-Co-G-13; Lot-1: USD USD 800,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(ii) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-Co-G-13; Lot-2: USD 1,100,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(iv) The Bidder at the time of bid submission should have at least the amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility or their combination mentioned below:
(a) (i) For Lot No.MCEP/BREB/DMD-UG-G-10; Lot-1: USD 2,100,000or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(ii) For Lot No.MCEP/BREB/DMD-UG-G-10; Lot-2: USD 3,800,000or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(b) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-CG-G-11; Lot-1; USD 1,450,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(c) (i) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-Co-G-13; Lot-1: USD 500,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
(ii) For Lot No. MCEP/BREB/DMD-Co-G-13; Lot-2: USD 675,000 or equivalent in any freely convertible currency(ies).
