| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a Bidder must have at least 05 (five) years’ experience in Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Data Center in any Public/Autonomous/International or Large Private Organization.
b Bidder must have experience to successfully complete at least 02 (two) single contracts Data Center worth of minimum BDT 3 (three) crore each during last 02 (two) years. Only acceptance certification is to be considered.
c Bidder must submit up-to-date Incorporation Document.
d Bidder must submit TIN Certificate and up-to-date Proof of Income Tax Return Submission.
e Bidder must submit VAT Registration Certificate and up-to-date Proof of VAT Return Submission.
f Bidder must submit last 03 (three) years’ Audit Report with DVS (Document Verification System).
g BDT minimum 02 (two) crore as liquidity supported by Audit Report & up-to-date Bank Statement.
h Manufacturer Authorization from OEM for all items is mandatory.
i Bidder must submit ISO 9001, ISO 27001 & ISO 45001 Certificate. |
