The minimum specific experience as a Contractor or Management Contractor/Subcontractor in similar to the proposed plant and services with a value of at least BDT 32.00 (Thirty Two) Crore or USD 3.00 (Three) Million under maximum 2 contracts of similar nature*, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 10 (Ten) years (years counting backward from the date of IFT) in govt./semi govt./autonomous electricity utilities in Bangladesh for Bangladeshi tenderers and in overseas electricity utilities for foreign tenderers.
***For Subcontractor, electricity utility certification is mandatory with clear mentioning of role of subcontractor
Type Test Certificates, Reports & Special Tests for offered type similar or higher MVA rating power transformer for same voltage class from any short-circuit testing liaison (STL) Member [http://www.stl-liaison.org/web/03_Members.php] Testing Organization or Laboratory as per relevant IEC standard.
