INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The maximum number of arbitration against the tenderer/ System integrator over a period of last five years is NILL (0).
2. The tenderer shall have a minimum of Five (05) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Meteorological Equipments) of minimum BDT 1,70,00,000/- ( BDT one crore and seventy lac only) under two contracts in the last 05 (Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility of BDT 1,30,00,000/-(BDT one crore and thirty lac only) shall be provided by the tenderer from a schedule bank.
5. The tenderer must submit the following additional documents.
a) Updated trade license.
b) Updated Vat registration certificate.
c) Updated TIN Certificate
d) Updated Indenting Registration Certificate
e) The tenderer must ensure support services during warranty period.
f) Manufacturer authorization certificate from Manufacture.
g) All relevant brochure / catalogue of offered products |
