INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The Tenderer must be an IT/ITES company registered in Bangladesh.
(b) The bidder Must have minimum 10 years of overall experience and minimum 05 years of experience in relevant field.
(c) The Tenderer must have 01 (one) successful completion record of contract in Government organization/Telco/Bank for supply, installation and commissioning of Data Center Active and Passive Infrastructure equipment having minimum each value of 15 Crore BDT in the last 10 (ten) years. Bidder must have to submit a documentary proof of experience.
(d) The Tenderer must have experience of holding at least 01 (one) Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of Data Center infrastructure, Active networking for at least three years in Government Organization/Telco/Bank with 24X7 support and minimum work order value of 2 Crore. The tenderer must submit the contract documents.
(e)The bidder must have experience in Supply & Installation, testing, commissioning with at least one Tier-III/Rated-3 Data Center Development.
(f) Must have minimum average annual turnover of 50 (Fifty) Core BDT in last 05 (five) years from the Bid submission date.
(g) The Bidder should have at least 1 (One) certified Professional project manager and practitioner (PMP). Bidder must submit document from training centre certificate.
(h) At least 02 (two) Engineers of the tenderer must have any of CDCP, CDCS and ATD certification within the organization and have minimum 05 (five) years relevant work experience (CV to be submitted).
(i) The tenderer must have OEM Authorized Distributorship/Partnership /Reseller Certificate.
(j) The tenderer must have ISO valid certificate.
(k) JVCA may allowed to participate in the tender process, but number of participation in the JVCA should be not more than 02 organization.
(l) Tenderer shall have credit line facilities/liquid asset at least Tk. 15 (Fifteen) crore supported by documentary evidence as per tender documents. |
