INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is open to all eligible tenderer registered in e-gp system meeting the following criteria:
a) Experience of minimum 05 (Five) years(*) in the electro-mechanical works.
b) A satisfactory completion of supply & installation of lift work of at least Tk. Tk. 4,50,00,000.00 (Four Crore and fifty Lac) under a single contract (Including minimum 2 Nos 1250Kg Lift ) within last 05 (Five) years(*) under any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organizations.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum Tk. 4,50,00,000.00 (Four Crore and fifty Lac) Letter of commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit should be in the format as specified in the tender form. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
d) Up to date valid Trade license.
e) Up to date ABC/BC category Contractory & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
f) Up to date Income tax clearance certificate from NBR with TIN.
g) Up to date VAT Registration certificate from NBR.
h) Authorization letter from lift manufacturer.
i) Sole Agent/Distributorship certificate from lift manufacturer.
j) Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed lift.
k) Others qualification stated in TDS & PCC.
l) PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 (with all Amendment) shall be followed. |
