(b) If there is Govt. holiday or unavoidable situation arises on the date fixed for tender dropping/opening, in those cases, the next normal working day will be considered valid date for dropping/ opening of the tender at the same time.
(c) Tender(s) may be hand delivered, posted by registered mail or sent by courier and ensure receipt of the tender by the officials mentioned at SL. No. 9 above on or before the closing time for submission.
