"The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy:
(a) All pending litigation shall in total not represent more than 50% of the Tenderer’s net worth.
(b) The minimum of years of general experience of the Bidder in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be five (5) years.
(c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier of similar Goods of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, with a value of at least Tk.2,00,00,000.00 (Two Crore Taka). i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper. The similar contract shall be with the Government/Autonomous/Semi-Autonomous body.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., bank balance, working capital, unconditional credit line(s) or credit facilities of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2,50,00,000.00."
