Manufacturer:
1. Manufacturer must have valid API spec 7-1, API 9A, Q1, ISO & relevant certificate.
3. Manufacturer have Overall 12 years experience of manufacturing.
4. Manufacturer have Overall 12 years experience of similar materials manufacturing and must have last 10 years proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and must have at least 03 end-user certificate in last seven years.
5. Manufacturer country of origin for item no-13 USA, Canada, UK, EU, Japan, Singapore.
5. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply of similar Goods of at least five (5) contracts successfully completed within the last six (6) years out of which four (4) must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least the amount described in the Tender document.
6. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility for the amount described as in the Tender document
7. Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, user/operational manual , Drawing design ,one soft copy must be submitted with tender.

1. Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
2. Supplier must be a Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
3. Supplier have Overall12 years experience of Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
4. Supplier have Overall 12 years experience of similar materials Supply and must have last 10 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed company’s other than the Supplier Country of Origin and must have at least 03 end-user certificate in last seven years.
5. Bonafide Supplier or their authorized agents of all countries except which Countries do not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
