INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 08 (Eight) years of overall experience in the supplying of related products in Bangladesh.
2. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed a minimum 01 (one) number of contracts of supplying of related product within the last three years in Govt./semi-govt./Bank bodies. Among them there should have one completion certificate of supplying related products amounting 01 (50) Fifty Lac taka in a single contract.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facility is Taka 25 Lac (Twenty-Five Lac taka only).
4. In the case of a Limited Company, the certificate of Incorporation or Registration of the Firm.
5. Valid Trade License for the FY 2022-2023.
6. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the FY 2021-22 with TIN Number.
7. VAT Registration Certificate.
8. Catalogue/Brochure must be submitted as applicable.
9. Original letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Tendered.
10. Tenderer shall have own warehouse facilities for the products in Dhaka.
11. Own Service Center Should be available.
12. Manufacturer Authorization Certificate for Product Originality.
13. Bidder Shall Submit Warranty certificates from the manufacturer.
14. Certificate lSO9001:2015 Certificate of Manufacturer. |
