INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• The Tenderer shall have minimum of 15 (Fifteen) years of overall experience in IT related service in Bangladesh.
• The Tenderer shall have minimum of 10 (Ten) years of overall experience in the supplying of related brand product and services in Bangladesh.
• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed minimum 02 (Two) numbers of contracts of supplying of related product within last 05 (Five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous bodies/bank. Among them there should have one completion certificate of supplying related products amounting 2 (Two) Cores taka in a single contract.
• The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility in Taka 800 Lac (Eight Crores).
• An average turnover amounting Taka 1000 Lac (Ten Crores) supported by audit reports for last 2(two) years.
• In case of Limited Company, the certificate of Incorporation or Registration of Firm.
• Valid Trade License for the FY 2022-2023;
• Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the year 2021-22 with TIN Number;
• VAT Registration Certificate;
• In case of Distributorship / Dealership authorization certificates from the manufacturer or principal of the products;
• Original letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the Tenderer;
• Catalogue/Brochure must be submitted as applicable within the web link.
• Any other documents as specified in Technical Specifications; |
