INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

1. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in related services. (Document shall be provided).
2. The Tenderer shall have successfully completed a minimum of 01 numbers supply contract of similar (Network Security Solution) with a value of at least BDT:1,00,00,000.00(One Crore) taka only.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facility is Taka 100 Lac (Hundred Lac taka only).
4. In the case of a Limited Company, the certificate of Incorporation or Registration of the Firm.
5. Valid Trade License for the FY 2022-2023.
6. Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the FY 2021-22 with TIN Number.
7. VAT Registration Certificate.
8. Manufacturer Authorizations Letter from OEM
9. Bill Process System: License Renal Fee will be OTM and Devices Maintenance Fee will be Annual. |
