Manufacturer
i) Manufacturer must have valid ISO 10422,11960, 13680, 13679 CAL- ?/ RP5C5 CAL- ?,API Spec Q1, 5CT 10th Edition & API, ISO relevant certificate of Green pipe & thread Manufacturer.
ii) Green pipe & thread Manufacturer must submit API, ISO certificate of last 10 years.
iii) Green pipe & thread Manufacturer have 10 years Overall experience of manufacturing.
iv) Green pipe & thread Manufacturer must have 10 years experience of similar materials manufacturing and must have 7 years proven sales record to IOC company’s other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 3 end-user certificate.
v) Tenderer must Submit Green pipe manufacturer authorization.
vi) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in Supply of similar Goods of at least 5 contracts successfully completed within the last 6 years out of which 4 must be in other than the country of origin, each with a value of at least the amount described in the Tender document.
vii) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility for the amount described as in the Tender document.
viii) Relevant product Catalogue and brochure, user/operational manual, Drawing design must be submitted with tender (one soft copy).
Supplier
i) Supplier must have relevant valid Registration/License of Firm. Submit also manufacturer authorization.
ii) Supplier must be a Internationally Reputed Supplier at Supply Drilling & Work Over Related Miscellaneous Materials, Spare parts & Rig Consumables products.
iii) Supplier have 10 years Overall experience of Supply Related Materials.
iv) Supplier must have 10 years experience of similar materials Supply and must have 7 years proven sales record to IOC Internationally Reputed company’s other than the Supplier Country of Origin and also submitted at least 3 end-user certificate. |
