INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

The Tender Shall have minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supplying of related product in Bangladesh.
The Tender shall have successfully completed minimum 01 (one) number of contract of supplying of related product within last 03 (three) years in Govt./semi-Govt./bank bodies. Among them there should have one completion certificate of supplying related product Amounting 01 (one) crore taka in a single contract.
The minimum Amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is taka 100 lac (one crore).
In the case of limited company, the certificate of incorporation or Registration of Firm.
Press Declaration Certificate.
Valid Trade License for the FY 2022-2023.
Income Tax Clearance Certificate/ Return submission document for the FY 2021-22 with TIN Number
VAT Registration Certificate.
Manufacture Authorization (Supplier Must have their own factory).
Tenderer shall have own warehouse facilities for the products in Dhaka.
Original letter naming the person authorized to sign on behalf of the tenderer.
NID Copy of Tender Authorized Person.
Government Printing Press (BG Press) enlistment approved by Government of Bangladesh or Membership certificate of Bangladesh Printing and Industries Association or Bangladesh Chamber of commerce certificate.
Original bank solvency certificate and credit commitment. |
