(a) Each envelope must be submitted in sealed condition (b) The tenderer should have valid Trade License of Supplying Out Sourcing Manpower (2023-24),Vat Registration Certificate of Man Power Supply or Management Agency & upto date Income Taxes Clearance Certificate (2023-24) (c) Bank statement from 01-07-2022 to 30-06-2023 (d) Must have required bank deposit mentioned in STD-Scetion-2: ITT-12.1(b) within 21-08-2023 (Deposit must be laying in bank until tender process is not completed) (e) The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be during the last 03 (three) years from Notery Public, Bangladesh by bidder in 300 tk. non-judicial stamp. Must be submit original copy. (f) Trasery challan of schedule purchage price (g) Tender Schedule & required papers must be signed by tenderer or authorized re-presentative (h) Pay order of tender security (i) Specific experiance as supplier in similar manpower & related service (j) Financial reports such as profit & Loss statement and audited balance sheet for last past year (k) Must be submit attested photocopy of membership certificat of Chamber of Commerce Ind. and Contractor's License from Department of Factory and Establishment Inspection. Licence of (2021-2022) from Department of Factory and Establishment Inspection. (l) Must be submit attested photocopy of appropriate documents proving that you are a member of Chamber of Commerce and Industries Ltd. (m) Other details condition including in the schedule. |
