2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
3. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 01 (One) Year of specific experience in the supply of Main Certificate Paper.
4. The Tenderer shall have Up-to date Valid Trade License; Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate; Value Added Tax (VAT) Certificate; Bank Solvency Certificate; e-Bin (13 digit) registration certificate.
5. All Others terms and conditions as par TDS and PCC.
