INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) Group-1 (Medicine) supply of Medicine in prescribed packaging (Red, Green) is mandatory.
b) Must have up to date trade license, income tax payment certificate, 13 digit TIN, relevant work experience certificate.
c) The tender schedule shall contain updated, updated tin details and terms and conditions. Tender conditions and other information should be discussed with the relevant staff of the office if required.
d) In all cases PPA-2006 and PPR 2008 and amendments 2010, 2014,2019 will be followed.
e) Necessary samples of the items mentioned in the tender schedule shall be submitted as per the demand of the authority.
f) The authority reserves the right to reject all tenders / accept defective tenders / partially cancel / completely cancel all tenders without assigning any reason.
