a) Each envelope must be submitted in seal gala folder b) The tenderer should have valid Trade License(2023-2024),Vat Registration Certificate & upto date Income Taxes Clearance Certificate (2023-2024) .c) The tenderer shall be a Suppliers/ Distributors/ Manufacturer (Applicaple for Non EDCL Medicine) d) Bank statement from 01-11-2022 to 30-10-2023 e) Must have required bank deposit mentioned in STD-Scetion-2: ITT-15.1 (a) within 07-12-2023, Form PG3-8 will be applicable if bank deposit is not available f) The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be during the last 03 (three) years from Notery Public, Bangladesh by bidder in 300 tk. non-judicial stamp. Must be submit original copy. g) Trasery challan of schedule purchage price h) Tender Schedule & required papers must be signed by tenderer or authorized Person i) Pay order of tender security j) Other details condition including in the schedule. |
