INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the following:
a) The tenderer should have a minimum of five (05) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services of similar nature;
b) The tenderer should have experience of successfully supplying of similar goods and services amounting minimum BDT 85,00,000 (Eighty Five Lac) in a single contract within five (05) years i.e years counting backward from the date of publication of Invitation for Tender (IFT) in any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous Organizations. The work completion certificates shall have to be issued by the officer not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned Department/Organization.
c) The required minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line should be BDT 90,00,000 (Ninety Lac).
d) Debarred tenderers from any Govt./semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the tender.
e) The tenderer shall have up-to-date Trade License, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, Manufacturer Authorization Certificate, Import Registration Certificate etc. |
