| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (Five) Years of overall experience in supply of similar goods & related services (Event Management) in any Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organization/Corporation or Limited Company. Relevant documents must be submitted. (2) The Tenderer shall have a satisfactory completion in supply of similar goods & related service (Event Management) with maximum 2(two) contract in any Govt./Semi-Govt./ Autonomous Organization/Corporation or Limited Company in last 5(Five) years. Experience in supply similar goods and relevant services is 20 lakhs in Lot-1, 8 lakhs in Lot-2, 60 lakhs in Lot-3, 12 lakhs in Lot-4, 1 Crore in Lot-5 respectively. Relevant documents must be submitted. (3) The Tenderer shall have availability of minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities from a Bank is 20 lakhs in Lot-1, 8 lakhs in Lot-2, 60 lakhs in Lot-3, 12 lakhs in Lot-4, 1 Crore in Lot-5 respectively.
