INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(1) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (Five) Years of overall experience in supply of similar goods & related services (Event Management) in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Body/Corporation. Relevant documents must be submitted.
(2) The Tenderer shall have a satisfactory completion in supply of similar goods & related service (Event Management) with maximum 2(two) contract in any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Body/Corporation in last 5(Five) years where Hon'ble President or the Hon’ble Prime Minister attended. Experience in supply similar goods and relevant services is 52 lakhs in Lot-1, 45 lakhs in Lot-2, 65 lakhs in Lot-3, 28 lakhs in Lot-4, 1.40 Crore in Lot-5 respectively. Relevant documents must be submitted.
(3) The Tenderer shall have availability of minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities from a Bank is 52 lakhs in Lot-1, 45 lakhs in Lot-2, 65 lakhs in Lot-3, 28 lakhs in Lot-4, 1.40 Crore in Lot-5 respectively.
