(a) The maximum 01(One) number of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period 05 (five) years.
(b) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the supply of MOSRU or Special vehicle and related services.
(c) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods/Special type Vehicle of at least 01(One) contracts successfully completed within the last 07 (Seven) years, each with a value of at least BDT 10 Million or US Dollars 0.08 Million or equivalent; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(d) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of MOSRU is/ are: 3 (three)
(e)The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is Tk. Bangladesh Taka 40 Million or US Dollars 0.32 Million or equivalent. |
